Can apartment guests book the hotel’s childcare?
Apartment guests cannot book childcare or children’s entertainment at Hotel Schwarzenstein. These services are exclusively for hotel guests. Family spa access does not include childcare.
Can I add breakfast, lunch and dinner?
Meals at Hotel Schwarzenstein can be added for an extra charge: breakfast €29, lunch €30 and dinner €59 per adult per meal. Children under 14 pay half: €14.50, €15 and €29.50 respectively. Non-alcoholic drinks from the buffet are included with meals. Please book in advance.
Is spa admission included for Zimmerhofer guests?
Yes. Use of the spa at Hotel Schwarzenstein is included in regular apartment rates. If you do not want spa access for your whole stay, you can ask for an offer without it.
Is there a swimming pool or sauna in the apartment building?
No. There is no swimming pool or sauna in the apartment building itself. The spa is at the Alpine Luxury SPA Resort Schwarzenstein in Luttach, around 7 kilometres or about a 10-minute drive from Steinhaus.
What does the Schwarzenstein spa offer?
The adults-only Sky Spa includes a 23-metre infinity sky pool, a large sky whirlpool and a panoramic sauna. Families have a separate area with a 25-metre pool, a toddler pool and a 60-metre water slide.
When are the pool and sauna open?
For Zimmerhofer guests the pool is open from 6:00 to 20:00 and the sauna from 11:00 to 19:30.
Do I need to bring a bathrobe and towels?
Yes. Please bring your own bathrobes and bath towels for the Schwarzenstein spa, as you would for a public pool. The apartment linen is intended for use in the apartment.
